By accessing or using ELLOQUANT AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
ELLOQUANT AI is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides financial news analysis, economic calendar insights, commodity forecasts, trading signals, sentiment analysis, and an AI market assistant. The Platform is designed for informational and educational purposes only.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Platform offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (e) interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' access.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by ELLOQUANT AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
ELLOQUANT AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
